Classport- Legacy Park

Legacy Park off of Seminola Blvd

Observation: This community looks very nice. There is a section of townhouses at the front and there are houses towards the back. The townhouses are tall and the houses are placed very close to each other. Inside of the model home looked very nice. The furniture was leather and the carpet was clean.

Speculation: This is a very nice community. It is upper middle-class to upper-class. I live right around this area, and it is the suburbs. It is middle-class around my house, and people looking for an upgrade may want to move into a place like this.

Analysis: This place is for richer people. The houses here cost a lot of money. They probably target people with high paying jobs. The land here probably was not very expensive, so they bought a lot of it. This is a good place for a neighborhood.

Evaluation: This is a very good location for a new development. There are many other older developments all around this subdivision. Some families who want to upgrade to a nicer home but keep their children in the same schooling zone could move here. This place is very close to malls and shopping centers.

COMPARISON:
My community feels more like a community than Legacy Park. Although Legacy Park may look nicer than my neighborhood, Legacy Park looks very fake. There is nobody in my neighborhood handing out flyers and trying to get me to buy homes. My neighborhood is more roomy also. You actually have room to walk in between houses in my neighborhood and you can park your cars in front of your house. Legacy Park seems way too stuck up and strict for me.
